The North Strand (Wed)"The North Strand" is a long fermented 20% rye sourdough loaf. The only ingredients are flour, water and salt. This loaf began its life on Sunday. It was mixed on Monday, shaped on Tuesday and baked on Wednesday. Slow food is the best food. Flavorsome, nutty, yummy. €5.50

It will bring your lunch to the next taste level and if it lasts 'til breakfast, it will make the best toast you've ever had.
